TRAINING
OPTIONS
The Confrontation Gym adapts roleplay-based assertiveness training for individuals, private groups, recovery environments, reentry programs, youth programs, and correctional settings.
The format changes depending on the population. The core method stays the same: controlled pressure, behavioral rehearsal, direct feedback, and repeated practice under stress.
FOR INDIVIDUALS
& PRIVATE GROUPS
This isn’t corporate presentation coaching. TCG is for people who want to stop collapsing, over-explaning, people-pleasing, or exploding when real pressure shows up - in relationships, family, work, business, or everyday conflict. If you’ve ever left a conversation and hated how you handled it… if you let others run your life or explode when you finally snap… this is for you. We train in the dirt. We show you how to hold your ground and walk out of the fire stronger.
FORMAT
4 or 8-week program once per week
(2-3 hour sessions)
FOCUS
Conflict in relationships, boundaries with family, controlled aggression, real-world assertiveness
STOP AVOIDING CONFLICT.

FOR ORGANIZATIONS
& INSTITUTIONS
URBAN YOUTH PROGRAMS
Young men and women growing up in high-pressure environments often confuse aggression with power and silence with safety. TCG shows them the third option: assertiveness. We bring raw, honest training that teaches how to stand tall without losing control. Respect is earned and taught. This is where we train adolescents in both.
FORMAT
4 or 8-week program once per week
(2-3 hour sessions)
FOCUS
Street-safe communication, emotional awareness, decision-making under pressure

HALFWAY HOUSES & TRANSITIONAL LIVING
TCG targets the danger zone between release and reintegration, where old reactions can quickly create new consequences.
Participants practice responsibility, self-regulation, boundary-setting, and conflict response through structured confrontation drills. The goal is not to lecture people about better choices. The goal is to let them rehearse better choices under pressure before real life tests them.
FORMAT
4 or 8-week program once per week
(2-3 hour sessions)
FOCUS
Emotional resilience, confrontation without aggression, identity work
REHABS & RECOVERY CENTERS
Recovery requires more than sobriety — it requires inner strength. TCG trains people in recovery to hold their ground, speak their needs, and stay present when triggered. Addiction-inspired stress tests specifically target the same pressure points addicts regularly endure. Once these pressure points are discovered, we work to strengthen them. This work is meant to support clinical treatment, not replace it.

Boundaries, trigger tolerance, relapse resistance

JAILS & CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES
The Confrontation Gym was originally built with correctional and reentry environments in mind.
Participants in these settings often receive lectures about behavior. TCG gives them structured practice in the moments where behavior actually breaks down: disrespect, criticism, rejection, confrontation, perceived threat, and loss of control.
Through controlled roleplay drills, participants practice verbal restraint, impulse control, assertive communication, and composure under stress.

Verbal de-escalation, assertive communication, emotional regulation
