PRIVATE INDIVIDUALS & GROUPS

This isn’t corporate coaching. I’m not here to help you get promoted — I’m here to help you stop collapsing in your relationships. If you’ve ever left a conversation and hated how you handled it… if you let others run your life or explode when you finally snap… this is for you. We train in the dirt. We push your limits. We show you how to hold your ground and walk out of the fire stronger.

Format: 1-day (5–7 hrs), 3-day (5 hrs/day), or 5-day (5 hrs/day)
Focus: Conflict in relationships, boundaries with family, controlled aggression, real-world assertiveness

URBAN YOUTH PROGRAMS

Young men and women growing up in high-pressure environments often confuse aggression with power and silence with safety. TCG shows them the third option: assertiveness. We bring raw, honest training that teaches how to stand tall without losing control. Respect is earned. Respect is taught. This is where we do both.

Format: 1-day (5–7 hrs), 3-day (5 hrs/day), or 5-day (5 hrs/day)
Focus: Street-safe communication, emotional awareness, decision-making under pressure

HALFWAY HOUSES & TRANSITIONAL LIVING

TCG targets the danger zone between release and reintegration — where self-sabotage strikes. We drill responsibility, self-regulation, and confidence under fire. No fluff. No lectures. Just controlled confrontation until clarity and self-respect take root.

Format: 1-day (5–7 hrs), 3-day (5 hrs/day), or 5-day (5 hrs/day)
Focus: Emotional resilience, confrontation without aggression, identity work

REHABS & RECOVERY CENTERS

Recovery requires more than sobriety — it requires inner strength. TCG trains people in recovery to hold their ground, speak their needs, and stay present when triggered. These drills challenge emotional fragility and help reinforce clinical work without replacing it

Format: 1-day (5–7 hrs), 3-day (5 hrs/day), or 5-day (5 hrs/day)
Focus: Boundaries, trigger tolerance, relapse resistance

JAILS & CORRECTIONAL FACILITIES

The Confrontation Gym was originally built with this setting in mind. Inmates don’t need lectures — they need pressure. Real-time confrontation training meets them where they are: reactive, guarded, avoidant, or aggressive. We bring drills that challenge impulse control, verbal restraint, and composure under stress.

Format: 1-day (5–7 hrs), 3-day (5 hrs/day), or 5-day (5 hrs/day)
Focus: Verbal de-escalation, assertive communication, emotional regulation
